WHERE ARE WE?

The English Institute of Sport features a nationwide network of regional world class support centres funded by the Sport England Lottery Fund and operated by a range of partners.

The range of services supplied by the EIS spans sports science and sports medicine. Support includes applied physiology, medical consultations and screening, nutritional advice, performance analysis, psychology, and strength and conditioning coaching. The Performance Lifestyle programme provides supplementary career and education advice to athletes.
