PIZZA TOPPINGS

This classic Italian dish is quick and simple to make. The recipe is ideal to boost your carbohydrates and re-energise your body.

INGREDIENTS
1 large pizza base
Onions – 1 sliced
Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
Mushrooms – 50g
Mozzarella (low fat) – 2 handfuls
Left over – pepper, tomatoes, red pepper
Barbecue chicken – roughly chopped ½ cup
Pineapple – 1 can

METHOD
1. preheat over to 180C, 350F
2. spread base with tomato paste
3. add the ingredients onto pizza base, top with cheese
4. bake for 15 minutes in oven

Preparation time 10 minutes, cooking time 35 minutes
