Performance Analyst/Senior Performance Analyst (working with British Cycling)
The role will deliver applied performance analysis services for World Class Programme athletes at British Cycling, working within the coaching process and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create a world class high performance environment. Additionally, and dependent on experience and suitability, the role will be accountable for the strategic development of Performance Analysis within British Cycling, including line management and professional development responsibilities for other Performance Analysts, and be a senior member of the British Cycling Performance support team and the EIS Performance Analysis Team.
Physiotherapist (working with British Rowing)
The successful applicant will provide and develop physiotherapy support services to World Class Programme athletes. There will be specific role to manage the development of the pathway (U23 and new seniors) into the senior squads whilst supporting the senior squads on a day to day basis. Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary athlete support team, this position will underpin strategies to optimise athlete health and wellbeing to minimise time-loss and maximise performance in training and competition.
Director of Performance Innovation
The Director of Performance Innovation role is one of six newly defined senior team Directors reporting to the National Director. They will be a key member of the senior management team with collective accountability for leading and delivering the EIS vision to be the world leading high performance Institute. The Director will lead thePerformance Innovation team made up of both employees and contractors
Key relationships will include senior leaders within the EIS, NGB performance directors and head coaches as well as maintaining an extensive and evolving network of external contacts.

Although it is not routine practice for EIS to offer work experience opportunities, in occasional circumstances where there is a lull in the sports calendar or there is some availability of suitable support, EIS has been able to provide short work experience placements for PhD and MSc level students providing there is a clear link to their course of study.
