REHABILITATION AND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Based at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre
Salary: £16,000 - £22,999 p.a.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Your role:
The post holder will contribute to the achievement of the aims and objectives of the English Institute of Sport and the British Olympic Medical Institute (BOMI) through:
• Overseeing the smooth running of the BOMI Intensive Rehabilitation Unit through the provision of administrative and medical secretarial support to a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team. The post holder will be a key ‘front-desk’ contact.
• Providing additional office support to EIS Regional staff as directed by the Senior Business Administrator
• The management of confidential records and onward referrals for further support and care
You should have:
• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
• Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of administrative procedures for a small to medium sized office
• Experience in one or more areas of medical administration such as medical reports and medical record keeping
