MEDICAL & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
Based: University of Bath
Salary scale: £16,000 - £22,999 per annum pro rata
Hours: Up to 33.5 hours per week (applications on a job share basis will be considered)
Your role will involve;
• Providing medical secretarial support and administration of EIS sports medicine services to nominated World Class athletes in the South West and additional office support to EIS Regional staff as directed by the Senior Medical Administrator
• Overseeing the smooth running of the South West sports medicine service through the provision of administrative, financial and project support to EIS South West sports physicians, physiotherapists and soft tissue therapists. The post holder will be a key ‘front-desk’ contact
• The management of confidential records and onward referrals for further support
and care.
You should have;
• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
• A Medical Secretary Qualification would be desirable
• Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of administrative procedures for a small to medium sized office
