At the EIS we think of ourselves as the team behind the team and deliver a range of performance impacting sport science and sport medicine services to over 40 Olympic and Paralympic sports along with a select number of non-Olympic sports, including Premier League Football, Premiership Rugby Union, Rugby League and Cricket.

PERFORMANCE NUTRITIONIST
(Working with British Tennis)
Based at National Tennis Centre, Roehampton and either St Mary’s University College or Bisham Abbey (TBC)
Salary: Level 2 £24,500 – £34,499 p.a. pro-rata
Level 3 £34,500 - £48,499 p.a. pro rata
(dependent on skills and experience)
Hours: up to 22 hours per week (dependant on level)
Your role:
The post holder will contribute to the achievement of the aims and objectives of the English Institute of Sport and the Lawn Tennis Association through:
• Managing the delivery and development of nutritional support services for British Tennis players
• The coordination of key relationships with on-site catering teams and supplement partners
• Developing resources to disseminate nutrition knowledge throughout British Tennis
You should have:
• A qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in an appropriate subject
• Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist (or equivalent)
• A qualification at a higher degree level (MSc or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in the provision of nutrition support to players and coaches to improve performance. This experience should include extensive work with national teams and their players, ideally within Tennis or racket sports.
