Part of the South directorate, the East team works out of three bases in the region comprising of the main hub site at National Badminton Centre (Milton Keynes), and networked sites at Hertfordshire Sports Village (Hatfield), the Leys School (Cambridge). 

This geographic spread makes access to EIS services easier for World Class Athletes across the 5,500 square miles that make up the six counties in East Anglia.

Athletes have access to strength and conditioning, physiotherapy and performance lifestyle (as negotiated by their sport's national governing body), as well as sport psychology, performance nutrition and soft tissue therapy at certain venues. Medical services are provided out of Milton Keynes and Cambridge.

Managed by Richard Parker as part of the South directorate, the East region leads on EIS support to Badminton
