Team GB claimed another three medals on the final day of competition at London 2012 to take their remarkable tally for the Games up to 65.

Anthony Joshua won gold in the men’s super heavyweight boxing final, beating Roberto Cammarelle of Italy, after Freddie Evans had earlier picked up a silver medal following a defeat in the men’s welterweight final to Serik Sapiyev of Kazakhstan.

Samantha Murray then completed Great Britain’s medal haul by claiming a silver medal in the Games last event, the women’s modern pentathlon.

Both Boxing and Modern Pentathlon receive a range of English Institute of Sport (EIS) support services.
