Badminton is one of the few sports in England that has an almost exclusively centralised structure, with its base at the National Badminton Centre in Milton Keynes.

Now, thanks to an extensive refurbishment programme and a close partnership between Badminton England and the EIS, the centre now offers a world class training and rehabilitation venue not only for the region’s elite badminton players, but for elite athletes from other sports, with a full range of EIS services available on-site.

The English Badminton squad are in the enviable position of being able to train together Monday to Friday week in, week out and have the option of residential stay if it’s needed.
