British Triathlon Federation (BTF) World Class Programmes  (WCP) are at a crucial stage in preparing athletes for medal winning performances at the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, and in developing the future strategy for the sport. Second only to coaching, science and medicine practitioners have a central role to play in equipping British triathletes for success in Tokyo and beyond. We are now recruiting for two new roles to lead – aligned with athlete plans – the delivery of health and science services within the Triathlon WCPs. This role will work side-by-side with the new Head of Performance Health Services, whose  primary purpose will be to provide leadership, management and development of the Olympic and Paralympic WCP science services to support the delivery of world leading Triathlon performances at the Olympic/Paralympic Games.

Strength and Conditioning Coach (working with British Gymnastics)

This role will provide the delivery and development of strength and conditioning services for British Gymnastics World Class Programme athletes, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to create a world class high performance training environment. This is a unique role and a fantastic opportunity to develop and to gain a wealth of experience in an environment that strength and conditioning coaches are rarely exposed too.
