Turkey is a great source of lean protein which supports muscle recovery
Beans provide additional protein and are rich in the mineral iron which is essential for healthy blood and managing fatigue. The wrap provides carbohydrate which is essential to replace the energy used during training and in supporting the immune system which can be suppressed after intense training.

Ingredients: Serves 2
- 2 turkey escalope steaks
- ½ chilli, finely chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, finely sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled, stone removed and sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
- 1 baby gem lettuce, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- 4 wholemeal wraps
Start by warming the tortillas under a hot grill, this will take only a few seconds.
Now, heat a fried pan on medium heat. Season the turkey drinks with salt and pepper and chilli. Put the turkey in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove them from the pan and place them on a baking tin and place them in a warm oven at 180 degrees for 7-8 minutes. When cooked, let them cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
While the meat is cooking and cooling, chop and combine the salad ingredients in a bowl.
To make the wraps lay down the flatbreads and add the sliced turkey. Lay the salad on top of the turkey and then fold into a wrap.
